David Petroff

David Petroff brings over 30 years of commercial estate experience to the DASK Group. Upon attending the University of San Francisco where he earned a degree in both accounting and finance, he launched his career in public accounting before moving on to Cushman & Wakefield. While at Cushman & Wakefield, he worked several years as a Financial Manager leading the regional property accounting office. He later transitioned to CBRE and into property and facilities management for several class A properties for Silicon Valley clients. David now uses his expertise in identifying and working with properties that are value-add opportunities turning under-performing to high-performing assets by aggressive cutting of expenses, leasing, improving operations, and adding tenant services and amenities.

Kimberly Petroff

Kim brings to the table a lifetime of sales and marketing experience. Working in the service industry for commercial real estate in the heart of Silicon Valley for the last several years. Kim’s fresh approach to identifying under-performing properties is why she heads up our acquisition team. Her passion for building a family run, professionally managed, and exorbitantly successful real estate investment company is why we are glad to have Kim on our team. A mother of three and now, she will tell you, “a very young Nana,” her commitment to family runs deep and spills over to building DASK Group.

Ashley Santamaria

Ashley heads up our Pacific Northwest region and is our lead designer. Her passion for design and almost decade of architectural design experience in the single-family, multi-family, and mixed-use residential market sectors brings a valuable perspective to assessing the value and potential of any real estate acquisition.
